The Amazfit Helio Ring is Zepp Health’s first smart ring and works with the company’s smartwatches to track your activity and sleep patterns.

Amazfit Helio Ring Release Date and Price

The Amazfit Helio Ring went on sale on May 15, 2024.

The Helio ring retails for $300, but you can bundle it with a compatible Amazfit smartwatch (T-Rex Ultra, Falcon, or Cheetah Pro) for $150 (half off).

Where to Buy

You can buy the Amazfit Helio Ring directly from Amazfit’s website. As part of the smartwatch and ring bundle, you can get Zepp Aura (sleep coaching) and six months of Zepp Fitness (fitness reports, AI chatbot to answer questions).

Amazfit Helio Specs and Features

The Helio Ring can track your resting heart rate, breathing quality, body temperature, and heart rate variability, which makes up your physical and mental recovery. You can view all your stats in the Zepp app.

It ships with a USB-C charger, which you also use to pair the ring with your smartphone.

The ring can tell you how well you’ve recharged for another workout, if you need to take a break from working out, your sleep quality, how your body reacts to stress and your cardio fitness level.

Zepp Aura can play sleep sounds to improve your sleep, and you can access an AI chatbot to ask questions about your sleep and get answers based on your sleep data.

Zepp Fitness generates weekly and monthly fitness reports and includes an AI chatbot for fitness advice.

At launch, the ring is available in sizes 10 and 12, but more sizes will be released in the next few months.
